The My Forever Gold Design and Production Facility is where all the magic happens. Using only the finest of materials, we make every piece in our own factory in Mumbai, India.
Inspiration & Design
Every My Forever Gold piece is born from our team of creative young minds who conceptualize, design, and create modern and wearable jewelry. Once the idea takes shape, we bring it to life with a hand-drawn sketch, where we carefully outline the scale and specifications before moving forward with the next stage.
CAD & Molding
Depending on the design’s needs, the sketch either moves to our CAD department for a detailed digital design or to one of our talented artisans, who hand-carve it in wax to create a rubber mold. Custom and personalized pieces typically start with CAD designs, which are then 3D-printed in wax to prepare for casting.
Casting & Lazer Cutting
Here’s where the design takes shape! Depending on the design, we use one of several high technology methods to create your jewelery. Casting is a unique technique that we use along with laser cutting, metal forming, and hollow tubing. All of these processes give us the required gold frame for us to further work on to create the perfect finished product.
Chain Production and Assembly
Chain is a critical part of our brand identity and we pride ourselves in using only the purest and tarnish free alloys and materials. We use Italian and Japanese technology to create the chains and its parts and put them all together carefully using lazer machines to ensure it meets our quality standards before moving on to the next stage.
Enamel, & Inscriptions
Now comes the fun part! The piece gets its unique character. For Enamel we use an imported high quality rich color enamel which is carefully applied by hand by our expert craftsmen. For inscriptions we use heavy duty lazer marking machines to complete your personalization needs with accuracy and high design.
Polishing & Finishing
At this stage, each piece undergoes its final polish. Our artisan polishing team gives each item special attention, ensuring it shines with a flawless, mirrored golden finish. Next, it goes through a hot ultrasonic bath and steam-sanitizing process to remove any residue from the production process.
Quality Assurance & Packaging
Before your piece reaches you, it goes through a rigorous quality check. Our fulfillment team inspects each item under a microscope, ensuring every detail is perfect. Once approved, the piece is carefully packaged and ready to be sent to you.
